Tyler did a fantastic job replacing a broken spring, lubing the screw drive, and doing PM work. Sounds so much better and works perfectly. The best thing was his ability to have it fixed within less than 24 hours from when I contacted him (on a Sunday night)!! Highly recommend. Thanks from Laurie Fitzwater & Ann Bauer in Willard, OH.
